No Call / No Show Policy

We kindly request at least a 24 hour notice if needing to cancel your appointment!

NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in being charged in full for your scheduled service. We offer complimentary reminders to give you time to let us know if there's a conflict.

Your stylist is paid strictly on service commissions. If they do not have time to fill your slot, they do not get paid for that time.
